Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 mashed banana
1/4 cup Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp. almond or peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, transfer to a ramekin and bake for 20-25 min.
Top with more nut butter.
