The banana and mango create a rich, creamy base, while the spinach, almond milk, ginger and peanut butter balance them out. This smoothie is packed with fiber, healthy fats and protein and will lay a great foundation for your day by keeping you satisfied for hours!
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop of plant based protein powder (I used Sunwarrior Warrior Blend Organic Plant-Based Protein Vanilla)
- 8 ounces of almond milk
