This shake is a nutritional powerhouse and will keep you feeling full for hours! Feel free to add more or less of whatever you want or enjoy it as is.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen Berries (Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries etc.)
- 1 handful Goji Berries
- ½ Organic Lemon with rind or 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Ground Flaxseeds
- 2 Brazil Nuts
- 2 Walnuts
- 1 Handful Baby Spinach
- ½ Sweet Apple
- 1 Date
- 2 scoops Vegetable Based Protein Powder (optional)
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
Optional Add Ins:
- 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
- 1 teaspoon Maca Powder
- 3-4 Frozen Kale Stems
- ½ Avocado
- ½ Banana
