Whole-Food Protein Shake

 
 

Serves 1

This shake is a nutritional powerhouse and will keep you feeling full for hours!  Feel free to add more or less of whatever you want or enjoy it as is.  

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen Berries (Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries etc.)
  • 1 handful Goji Berries
  • ½ Organic Lemon with rind or 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Ground Flaxseeds
  • 2 Brazil Nuts
  • 2 Walnuts
  • 1 Handful Baby Spinach
  • ½ Sweet Apple
  • 1 Date
  • 2 scoops Vegetable Based Protein Powder (optional)
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk

Optional Add Ins:

  • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Maca Powder
  • 3-4 Frozen Kale Stems
  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ Banana

Preparation:

  • Throw all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend and Enjoy
